To be honest I don’t like writing about my private life. But I feel anger and sadness and I thought that maybe when I complain a little bit I will feel relief. What is more I doubt to anyone read it so I thought I don’t risk anything.
Actually I am in a hospital because of problems with my pegnancy. This is my second pregnancy. The first one also wasn’t easy but hadn’t so much complications like this one. So I came to the hospital in 23rd week of pregnancy because of exudation of fetal waters and I heard from doctors that I have to lay in a hospital 24/7 till at least 32nd week of pregnancy. For me – person who usually is very active, it is horrible information. Many thoughts comes through my head – these which give hope and these which make a big sadness and I wonder if I can do it?
23rd week of preganancy is very early for such complication so I went to the hospital which is the best equiped for such case like mine in Cracow and I knew in this hospital there were lots of taugh cases which ended luckily – The University Hospital in Cracow. This is the hospital where lately sextuplets were born and who are going home today. Department of Obstetrics and Perinatology where I am laying is managed by prof. Hubert Huras. I was here earlier so I had a chance to meet many doctors and to know their skills.
I have to admit that like in every hospital there are good doctors and bad doctors. The worst doctor on this ward is doctor Bernadetta Richter. Short, thin woman about 55 years old with blond hair. She is the worst doctor I ever seen no matter of specialization. She don’t know answers for any question and she cannot use properly ultrasound machine. During my examination she rounded viewfinder in my vagina like spoon in a soup. After 2 minutes of looking where is the cervix the other doctor came to examination room and ended examination inspite of her. In my life I was examinated by many doctors and noone, even learning doctors, were worse then she is.
What is more I am not the one who has such a bad opinion about her. I talked with other pacients and they think the same as I. In Poland we have a popular portal znanylekarz.pl where people leave comments and rating (from one to five stars) about many doctors. She also has a profile here. Best doctors usually have between 4 to 5 stars. She has about 60 opinions and only one stars. Usually not well educated doctors have three stars. So it is not easy to have only one star for about 60 opinions.
It is very sad that this ward in hospital hired such a bad doctor. She shouldn’t treat anyone. She is probably working here because her husband is well known doctor of oncology. I think that is the only one reason she is here.
Good information is that all decision are made by prof. Huras who I think is good and well educated doctor and I respect him.
I am aware that this post is little different than my previous. Usually I wrote about art and so on but as I wrote at the beginning I needed to complain a little bit to feel relief.
